These Terms & Conditions govern your use of krishangarhdarbaan.com (the "Site") and any purchase made through it. The Site is operated by Shree Ganesh Enterprises ("we", "us", "our"), manufacturer of Krishangarh Darbaan® branded products, based in Kishangarh, Rajasthan, India. By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
We try to describe and price every product accurately. Occasionally an error may appear on the Site — if it does, we'll contact you before processing any order affected, and you may cancel with a full refund if you don't wish to proceed at the corrected price. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept once payment is successfully verified. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI PIN, or net-banking credentials. An order confirmation is sent to the email address you provide, where given.

You agree to provide accurate delivery and contact details, and not to misuse the Site (including attempting to access it via automated means, interfering with its operation, or placing fraudulent orders).

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Ajmer, Rajasthan.
